I  have a passion of helping others develop their leadership skills based on our career and life experiences.

My experience ranges from fire safety to emergency preparedness, and occupational health management. I have a special expertise leading, training, and mentoring top performers. I combine my industry experience and senior-level leadership to develop in-depth training programs that have a positive impact on safety metrics and protocols for risk management.

I am married to my beautiful wife Karri who is an established leader and business entrepreneur.   We have 3 kids that we are so proud of.  We enjoy balancing our life with serving and helping others putting God and Family as our priorities to keep up grounded.
